I have to start by saying I really like this store but I have encountered my third problem dealing with them. One of them was not their fault it was a vape pen that was non-functioning, which they replaced readily, but 2 other times I have ordered pre rolls and got the wrong number 1 order was a bigger order and they missed 1. But this time my order was simply 2 pre rolls and a vaporizer, and when I opened a bag, there was only one in it. Fortunately, this time I checked my order in a parking lot and was able to go in and have it corrected. But the first time they gave me the wrong count , I was already at home and it was not worth it for me to return to the store simply to get one pre roll. If you order online , check your order before you leave!!

I have used Apotho since it has opened and it’s quite disappointing. I stopped because every single time I have tried to use there Loyalty Points I have been given an excuse . I hear the same thing doesn’t apply to that or this. Why have a loyalty program if it doesn’t work. This situation makes me travel to other towns.

This is only my second time in, and I must say the customer service is something to be desired. The girl that cashed me out seemed angry and when I asked how do points work since I just signed up with me online order she looked at me like I had 2 heads and went and grabbed a paper that showed it and put it in front of me. Maybe they need to reevaluate employees if they want people to return.

Probably the best bud I've had in years. Ever since weed became legal the quality has downgraded significantly. The weed I bought from Apotho reminded me of the stuff I'd get a decade ago for $30 a gram. I'm very happy with my purchase and don't think I'll be going anywhere else. This is exactly how cannabis should taste and smoke. I really hope they continue with their quality control cause if they do they'll never lose me as a customer.
