This place has a decent selection and a convenient location but after our experience we will not be coming back. We bought a tincture that was around $70 and on the way home it started leaking in the bag and all over our backseat. When we called them to let them know about the issue, we were assured we could return it for the same thing. That being said, when we came back today they were rude to us and gave an attitude. It felt like they blamed us for it leaking. On the way out the attendant handed us the shopping bag and said “you can take this trash with you on the way out”. We were honestly shocked. They weren’t friendly or apologetic. We felt like we were unconvincing them. Just weird vibes.

Great store for weed. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the product, as one would expect. Manager is fantastic. The only criticism is the parking lot entrances and exits. They're both in/out. It's chaos! You got a bunch of pothead driving in and driving out willy-nilly. Potheads need clear rules and only one entry and one exit. I say all of this as a pothead, myself.

Lily was great. Took her time with me and gave me some great options. Didn’t feel rushed and she gave me her complete attention. I love CC and have been a dedicated patron.

I have gone to cannibis connection for a couple of years now on a weekly basis and I go to both locations. The vibe, staff and products are what keeps me going there weekly. The customer appreciation events that they do every year are amazing. I look forward to it. It would bring in a lot of business and people like me who drop a good amount of money look forward to that and that is some of why this sets cannibis aside from others. I am not sure what has changed in the last 6 months I went in yesterday and the customer appreciation event was so reduced it was down to spinning a wheel with the gifts being reduced down to one hitters where yeah that’s great but I get that in Chicopee, Springfield ect. Tom has not been at the stores. I don’t know why but it feels weird and I hope he is ok. I am not sure if this is new ownership but It feels very corporate based now vs what it was. I have been in marketing and management for many years this looks, smells and obviously is new ownership with new views. This is a disappointing move and while your products are great you need to have what others don’t to progress and stand out to be successful in a competitive field.

I work at a dispensary. But I still go to CC the prices are as I see it “ you get what you pay for!” Never had one problem and I have bought it all, loyal since opening. Thanks for holding up the community. Lastly but, not least Jake is an asset ! Smart intelligent patient no wonder he’s worked there so long, good to see you appreciate your employees 😁🙏🏻. Also Lily was a joy and so sweet their turnover with employees is very little! This is nice to see, obviously great management. Had a friend that worked for company and she had nothing but great things to say. That is HUGE IN THIS BUSINESS!
