I was with my customer service rep Megan today around 6 PM. She was accommodating, and kept up the most form of consistent professional attitude. For sure pleasant. I initially unsure about the cost of the edibles but luckily, I was informed about all the benefits of the rewards program and was assisted in signing up. This has been a flawless experience and the young lady Megan made it that much easier. Strongly recommend to come when she’s working, it’ll be worth it!

Edit: I've updated my review to 5 stars, as the response I received from the store was impressive. The district manager called and listened to my concerns. And the next time I went into the store and had to purchase on rec to get the product I wanted, the staff noticed and called a manager, who was able to discount the product to match what I would have paid, had in been on medical. I felt listened to and like they really cared, theyve kept me as a loyal customer. Original: I love the product here, but since going co-located I fear they are having the same troubles I see at other co-located dispensaries: - Recreational customers getting served and out the door way faster than medical, both with online pickup - medical registers not even being staffed. No, you can't just slide someone over from a rec register when you only have two open. It takes forever for them to log into the medical register, and always ends up frustrating both rec and med customers that are waiting. You have regular medical customers, staff for them, I beg you! - more variety and products available on rec menu that aren't available on medical. I know this will never be a perfect match, but having 6 concentrates on rec and 2 on medical is a bummer to see. I've had to purchase rec the last 3 times to get the product I wanted, that's not a good look. I'm sure there's still work being done behind the scenes, and there are some great people working at the store, so I hope that these issues resolved soon.
