If I could give zero I would. Last time I went into this place I still had coupons from when I recertified. I was told we never lose them. However, because they switched their deal. They took it away. I’m sorry, but we earned that and even if you change the amount, you could’ve just changed the amount that the people had already had. Now I go in today and my card says it expires June 26. They are telling me in the computer it expired in May. I don’t care what it says on that card I am handing you says it is not expired until June 2026. Look at your records I used to go there daily and then in 23 and 24 It declined. I literally pay the 20% tax then rather go to this store. This place used to be amazing and busy and now it is just always wrong, never know what they’re doing, and nobody is ever in there.(I actually had to check to even see if they were open today because there were no cars). I have many family members and coworkers that I have sent there who have some also stopped going, but the others did not. However, I’m sure after I tell them this experience we will be taking our service elsewhere. This is the most unaccommodating place. I have met in my life… A major I will continue to go to Health Circle at someplace in Quincy(Across from BJ’s) And pay the 20% tax every time, just to never have to deal with this place again!!!! The last straw!!! I also had to delete my other review in order to review it again, so I’d given it two stars a year and a half ago. Complaining about them not doing orders correctly saying that things were hybrid when they weren’t and then also putting deals up that weren’t being honored.(They had the inventory though, Supposedly the computer messed up) Whatever I’m voice texting so this message is long But when you’re aggravated, and you only have a certain amount of time while your baby is sleeping, you get a little mad!!!

I'm a 100% disabled veteran. I had been going to Hanover for years. You use to offer 40% discount for 100% veterans. Then you did away with that by combining 100% disabled veterans with all veterans at 20%. Then you did away with stacking. And today I came in and I didn't even get my 20% military discount bc what I bought was on sale. Why even have a military discount for disabled veterans if you don't intend to honor it? You should be ashamed.

I hate to do this, but I’m going to have to recommend you don’t go here. I stopped here on my way to the cape and spent a bunch of money on my medicine. The two concentrates they sold me were rancid, so not only did I waste the money, but I couldn’t even use the product on my vacation. I brought them back but they refused to do anything besides give me 10 loyalty points. LOL I will never shop here again and I advise you to do the same and save yourself the headache—for my part I’m writing the AG because I’m petty and I got time.
