1 star for the nice girl at check in. Guy inside wouldn't even let me look around trying to rush a sale. Im from out of town, didn't appreciate this at all. Don't rush people goofy.

Friendly, helpful staff. Quality products. One of my regular spots. Thx!

Don't waste your money here , You'll be using an ATM fee plus a card usage fee every single time you come here. If you have your medical card save 10 percent off at clear sky in North Adams, so much better of a deal and more friendly/helpful tenders. Also, don't bike here, they will ask you to move it somewhere non secured so it gets stolen even though they have secured post near the entrance out of the way of other customers. Done wasting my money and time here!!!

Great service, personable staff. Always making new recommendations based on what I normally buy. Owners always on site for any questions or concerns. It's the only place I shop since they opened.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! I'm a veteran who has a medical condition known as an "overactive vasovagal response". As such, I have a service dog who is trained to revive me when I experience vasovagal syncope (fainting). I was denied access into this store because I had a dog. I was told to "tie the dog up outside". When I asked to speak to a manager so I could educate then on the Americans with Disabilities Act, I was told to "stop being a weirdo".

0 stars for a "business" that rips people off. I've been going to Indica since they opened, 2-3 times a week, EVERY week. Yesterday I purchased an 8th to smoke today. I open up my 8th, (supposed to be 3.5 grams) and theirs one single bud inside it. I instantly went and got my digital scale and dumped the flower onto it, 1.16 grams total in the sealed bag. I went over to Indica to ask the owner where the rest of what I paid for is at. I was met with 4 lying cashiers telling me hes not there or busy, all the while his cybertrucks parked out back. Spent at least 120$ a week with indicia since they opened here in Adams and this is what I'm met with, ripped me off, lied about it, sent your little cashiers to lie about it, while hiding in the back like the coward you are. "all sales are final? nothing we can do for ya" Ohh yeah this is 1/3rd of the product that you promised me. I told you all, you will find out that laws exist.

Advertised inaccurately. They sold me rosin, gave sugar instead, then said to kick rocks about it. Rosin's made through water and pressure. Sugar's made through propane and butane.

What’s up with your phone? We tried calling for hours yesterday because one of the bags of Saptura gummies only had 10 gummies instead of 20. We’ve never had an issue before and would appreciate it if you would make it right.

I used to like this dispensary, until I reviewed my email confirmations from them. The last 2 transactions, I placed my order online. I received an email (after I picked it up) stating a price adjustment. Be cautious with this place. Plus, the owner is exactly what everyone says. Unprofessional and rude Wish I could give them a negative star

The bud I got was unfortunately dry as hell. Came from NY to pick up price was okay but the quality was horrid. The buds were dry to the bone and smoking it gave me a migraine. I usually go to Silver Therapeutics but they were closed so I thought this place might fit the bill. Hard pass in the future. The store is neat the Budtender polite but the product in my case was trash.
