Had a fantastic experience at Green Meadows and honestly felt like this place deserves every bit of a 5-star review. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was modern, clean, welcoming, and extremely well organized. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design of the dispensary — the lighting, displays, digital menus, product showcases, lounge-style touches, and even the coffee station made the entire experience feel elevated and professional rather than rushed or transactional. What really stood out to me though was the customer service, especially from Anmarie. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Super knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and genuinely passionate about helping customers find exactly what they need. She took the time to answer questions, explain products clearly, and never made me feel pressured or rushed. That level of customer care is rare nowadays and it made a huge difference in the experience. The product selection was also impressive. Great variety across flower, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, and accessories, all displayed in a very organized and easy-to-understand way. The digital menu boards looked sharp and professional, making it easy to browse and compare options. I also loved how clean and curated the displays were throughout the store — everything felt intentional and high-end. Another thing I appreciated was the overall vibe. The place has a calm, relaxed, modern energy that makes you actually want to stay and look around instead of just grabbing something quickly and leaving. Even the small details, like the decor, plants, shelving, promotional displays, and layout, added to the experience. It honestly felt more like a premium retail experience than a typical dispensary. You can clearly see that the team at Green Meadows takes pride in both the products and the customer experience. Between the welcoming environment, excellent organization, quality selection, and exceptional service from Anmarie, this was easily one of the best dispensary experiences I’ve had in Massachusetts. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the Marlborough area. I’ll definitely be coming back.
