I was not a fan of Cheech n Chong Dispensoria the first time I visited both the Greenfield and Whately MA. Locations. I felt the product was low quality. Friends spoke highly of the Northampton location so I gave it a try. I became a customer. The Budtenders are amazing. Suggestions always spot on of what I’m Looking for. They know the product, as well as being friendly. They are the reason I continue to shop there. I recently stopped at the Whately store - the kiosk system sucks . Product was mislabeled in the system - I ended up with something I didn’t want. Had I been able to talk to a bud tender the mistake wouldn’t have happened. The person that was working was also extremely rude. You will loose me as a customer if the kiosk is used in Northampton. There are a lot of shops in Northampton- I will choose one that has a bud tender who can help me in my decision process. I give Northampton 5 stars . Whately and Greenfirlz 1 star due to the kiosk
