    On Sunday 3/1 I preordered a couple of items. Set out on my 1 hour and 20 minute drive to pick up my order. Got there late morning,rang bell no answer. No one there to take care of me. Stood in the cold for a few minutes. Got in my car checked website and called from parking lot.No Answer. Been trying to get ahold of them periodically since. Not very professional nor right.. JUST LOST A CUSTOMER!!!

    Very displeased with my first and last trip to rebelle in Great Barrington. Went there earlier this morning, went inside to find out they were out of stock of the item that I wanted to purchase, but there website says they have multiple of those items available, and yes I made sure I checked the Great Barrington store and not the Boston store. Left, store, but not the parking lot, proceeded to go back and buy the only one they had left as I was there and it was already horrible out. Got made to wait out in the snow the second time and got told they open up at 11 when the website clearly says 9 am on Friday, plus my package looked gross and there appeared to be what looks like lint and dust and sand all over the silicone cover of the item it felt gritty and you can clearly see the lint. It's not even about the packaging or the store itself. The problem was the customer service as a place can only be as good or great as it's employees or employer, so rebelle has made one quick sale off of me and their last. Do better, be better, or just simply be kind, a?, you have to be pretty rude or disrespectful for me to leave a review because I don't especially for packaging or a store unless my package is extremely damaged inside to the point of no use.
