I had a bad experience with a product and they reimbursed me and gave me additional credit. I thought that was awesome because sometimes things don't go as planned and it's nice to know someone is paying attention. I believe the managers name was Sharon and she is a kind person. This time I purchased fully grown with the credit two different 8ths marked premium quality and they're both lame weak flavorless smoke this is a brand I thought I trusted. There is a large selection here but i don't see how that matters when no matter what I order I'm being disappointed. I purposely bought more expensive products so I can be proven wrong and they don't even get you medicated. I literally ordered what I thought was a favorite strain by reputable brand now I feel you can't trust anyone. I tried but I think I will not be coming back. They tried to make it right but it didn't work out.. it doesn't matter if you give out credits but the customer again gets thrash. This time the product burned but it's marked 30 percent and I didn't even catch a buzz. save your self the stress and waste of time and find a trustworthy caregiver. I wanted to give a better review but the product disappointed. There's no where to go from here but somewhere else.
