Absolutely above and beyond. I am a frequent flyer however today I went in to assist my disabled Uncle. He is in a wheelchair and does not know how these places work and gets very anxious in social settings. I misplaced my ID and could not assist my Uncle with going in. A gentleman at the front went above and beyond helping him get in, get to the counter, and place his order. He took the time to talk to him and made him feel seen. My uncle came out with the biggest smile (which is very rare) and had nothing but amazing things to say about the establishment and the people within it. I forgot to get the gentleman’s name but I am so thankful that he made it such a pleasant experience. Not only did he relieve my uncles anxiety by helping him, but my own stress in not being able to help. Thank you for your amazing team.
