Got recommended to go to this place so i decided to give it a shot. Placed a online order that was a smooth transition the drive to the dispensary is nice too (I am in Connecticut) once I got there it was a pleasant experience as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and I had my ID scanned then I went in and my order was ready and waiting for me. It was packed very carefully and they double checked to make sure everything was there i paid and I was out in less than 5 minutes it was a very easy and friendly experience and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

EDIT: even their response is canned. I already contacted that email address. Original review: You get what you pay for--in this case, cheap products and minimal customer service. Bought a Theory CCell pen and it rendered two 510 cartridges inoperable by removing the bottom pin, and Theory's customer support (after asking for ample documentation of my purchase) simply told me that they were only made for Theory cartridges (a highly dubious notion, but in either case something that the product description certainly never declared). That was the end of the conversation--meanwhile, I'm about to throw away a defective pen I just bought. Visit a local business, not a big multi-state corporation, and you'll find better products and better service. I know I will from now on.

I am extremely disappointed in the online menu accuracy here. I purchased a strain called NF1, which this dispensary clearly labeled as a Sativa. However, anyone who does a quick search on AllBud knows NF1 is actually an 80% Indica-dominant cross between Northern Lights and Chemdawg. As someone with severe anxiety, I rely on accurate strain classifications to know how a product will affect me. The product triggered awful anxiety for me, which could have been avoided if the dispensary staff actually knew their genetics and labeled their menu correctly. I have lost my trust in this business time and time again.

Used to love you guys, for years you had some awesome service and decent products....until you dropped all medical card holders with very little warning, 'we sent sent out an email on sunday'.... Telling us medicals that we get a 20% off isent a trade off you think it is. I dont know if you guys plan to renew your medical program...and I will update my review if you do...but this felt like you left all the medical card holders hanging once you got established with very little regard of what they are going to have to do moving forward. Once again this is NOT medical establishment anymore despite what Google says.

I’d give 0 if it let me. My girlfriend went in to pick up an order she placed online and was told she needed more money for the order than when she placed it online. I went in to try and figure it out and the employee told me he’d “talk real slow for me” as if I was an idiot, then proceeded to follow me outside after I expressed my aggravation. I would just find somewhere else to go.

Been coming here for years. I remember the organized chaos during the pandemic. Love their products. I noticed some things changed recently but its still the same friendly atmosphere and people working. Thank you!

Bought a bunch of edibles, and they definitely don’t do anything. I had 7x 5MG gummies and was totally fine… riddle me that

Love the new look of the store but it was missing one thing the photos of the community on the wall are gone. Also the lady with the bow aka the teacher was very helpful comedic, and she gave me a hand full of sticker 10/10 experience
