  I’ve had good/positive experiences here before. Tonight was not one of them. I do not want to be someone who only submits reviews after a negative experience, and I want to emphasize that there have been good experiences here. Because I’ve been a regular customer, maybe this can help the customer service experience for others. I placed an online order. Got an email confirmation. When I check in, there’s no record of it. I offer to show him the email. The clerk has to log me as a “waking in.” When I enter the store itself, there are two other customers standing about 15 feet away from the register/counter. They are looking at items and not talking or engaging with the cashier/clerk. He sees me, says “hey boss,” and I show him my ID and say that I placed an online order. Faux familiarity and inauthentic friendliness is a pet peeve. Don’t call me “boss,” “bud,” “chief,” “pal,” or any of that. We aren’t friends, I don’t know you, and I’m certainly not your “boss” or a “boss” relative to you. I understand he didn’t mean anything by it. I I understand that. That’s not the point. It’s not professional. It’s not appropriate. It’s not my job to just grit my teeth through it. I’m not paying money to do that. Here’s what you say: “hey there, good evening. How can I help you?” And then I do my part, you bring me the order and confirm it, I thank you, provide a tip for the service, and that’s it. That’s the standard. That’s all I want and all that I’ll ever want. I’m probably not alone in that regard. The clerk/cashier initiates the transaction. I show him my ID and say I placed an online order. He starts checking and then, inexplicably, says, hang on a minute. He then addresses the two women customers who are 15 feet away, still looking at items, not nearly ready to make a purchase, and says “hey, I can take care of you first.” I stare at him in disbelief. What are you doing? You were talking to me about my order, you are now interrupting that and engaging with customers who aren’t even in line. They, like me, are confused. One of the customers then says, “no, it’s ok-we are still looking.” They weren’t in line, they weren’t asking for anything, and the clerk/cashier starts my order and stops to put them ahead of me. I absolutely wondered if this person was on substances, or had some cognitive limitations. It was such a strange and uncomfortable experience. I show him the email. There’s no record of it in the system. I have to place the order again and start from scratch. Why bother placing an order in advance? There is no place to sit in the entire store. I have a bad neuropathy in my left foot, so I have to sit on the floor, against a pillar, and wait. You’ve got a ramp outside the building. Have some awareness that maybe it’s difficult for some people, even those who don’t use a wheelchair, to stand for periods of time. Maybe there aren’t chairs because they don’t want people lingering or sitting around. I’ve never thought about it till tonight. But I don’t want to linger or sit around. I also don’t want to still on the dirty floor waiting for an order I’ve already placed. Anyone can have an off night or a bad night, but I’m wondering how staff is trained and if it was even a something that could be considered an off night or a bad night. I’m not sure an off night or a bad night explains it. When I submit a review, I put my name on it. I don’t hide behind anonymous profiles and bullshit handles. This is my name. This is my experience. This is what happened. Ask me anything you want. I don’t care if a business is male owned, female owned, or Martian owned. If you run a good, honest business, and understand engaging with customers, I will support you. I’m not asking the business to be perfect or infallible. But I’m asking for a lot more than the sewage experience tonight. I’m not going to sit against a pillar like I’m waiting for a cancelled flight at Logan. I will try this business again. If I have a good/positive experience, I will share that. If I have another bad experience, I won’t return.

  Did not have the flower that I got last time. Just 2 people were there as I could not ask anyone for advice. I like the location and hopefully I can get a pro to help me make a better choice.

  Very nice place. The only difference is the prices. In the hood bud is way cheaper and the deals better but this place is nice and friendly which is nice. If im out of the hood and in the burbs i will use this dispo for my needs.

  I went in today, my 21st birthday, with a valid ID. I walked two miles to get there. They told me that I couldn’t shop there because I had to be 21 and 1 day old. This is not MA law, just a weird policy this dispensary has. This is not displayed anywhere on their website (in fact, according to their website, I was perfectly fine to come in because it said “21+”, which I was). They were also weirdly rude about it, as if I had done something wrong. I ended up going to Bud’s in Watertown, and the prices were better and the staff were much nicer. They lost a would-be returning customer.

They are open.early,.8:00 a.m so you.can.start off your day relaxed. They have a lot of beautiful glass pipes.too.

  Great experience, great hours, really friendly staff. Matt was the best! He was super helpful and polite, the most comfortable place to shop around here and definitely worth checking out if you’re in the Waltham and Watertown area!
