Honestly super great people, very friendly, I love their security guard. Great selection and deals for med patients. This 2 star review is being posted solely due to the inaccuracies on their online system. They have a 100mg edible listed on their system for 20x that strength at 2000mg, for $14. Price seemed too good so I had to triple check. Employee was telling me it seemed correct based on how it was scanning, I read the package before purchase. It was not. Most of their seltzers are listed under the incorrect strengths as well, with most listed at 4x their actual THC, such as the blueberry lemonade which is in actuality a 4-pack of 25mg seltzers for a total of 100mg. But is listed as a 4-pack of 100mg seltzers for a total of the 400mg. For this one the employee at the counter knew this was incorrect, and let me know the correct content. One item, is just an error. But this is clearly a systemic issue on their end, one that seriously needs to be addressed. I'm wondering just how many other people were misled in their purchases here. I ended up leaving without making a purchase. Management seems fairly receptive to feedback, so I hope they take this seriously.

I love sanctuary I don't have a medical card but if you have MassHealth you can get a 10% discounts also and when you put in your number and order online you get loyalty points and they actually add up pretty quick. I'm in there a few times a week and just love it. Everyone who works there is totally awesome, very kind. And when you ask a question they're pretty knowledgeable and if one person doesn't know somebody else that's right there knows there's usually not someone that's out the counter that can't answer your question. I love The atmosphere as soon as you walk in You're greeted nicely from security. You're told about deals are going on that day, Happy hour things that are on sale and sometimes you walk in and they have special treats and you get free stuff. My favorites I recommend the vanilla driver pre-roll or the infyooz pre-rolls lime cherry limeade lemon slushie blueberry yum yum apple season and the newest one I'm trying is Jack the ripper. They're always changing their flavors.
