What a beautiful facility. Great display of products and the cheapest prices in R.I. All the staff I spoke to were very knowledgeable about the products! They always lead me in the right direction for which product to use when I tell them my needs. One of the managers, I think his name was Paul. He was such a nice guy and very upbeat. I think he really loves his job. I highly recommend Reef Wellness.

Not sure if all the 5 star review were paid for but I'm adding a definite real one. Nice location in Woonsocket, re-done bank building with newly paved parking lot, looks nice and also safe. Very white and very sparse on the inside - very little in the way of accessories and no stations to smell the product, if that matters to you. Seemed somewhat disorganized. Was asked to fill out a 2 page form and check a bunch of disclaimer boxes as a medical patient. I had placed a web order, and the first thing that happened on pick up was the budtender returning one of the items to the back because it was not labeled/barcoded correctly. The budtender read off my order but did not pull out the items one by one. My mistake - I left with the bag and a few hours later discovered they shorted me a pre-roll. I called, explained the reason, got put on hold, forgotten, another person picked up, put me on hold to get the original person, and then picked up again and said sorry, they are closing, can I drive back tomorrow to figure it out. I won't drive all of the way back for a $10 pre-roll credit, and I also may not be back again soon, even if I have to drive a much longer distance to go to my current fav spot, MEW. All I wanted was for them to credit me the missing item. Have not experienced a mistake in a dispensary order in years both in MA and RI.
