Unsafe community, leadership & all. MIGHT BE SPEAKING BADLY ABOUT OTHERS I'm hoping there will be more attention around education & awareness on cannabis products. BROCHURES OR SHEETS OF INFO. What steps could we take to get there? What seems to be the barriers? It's still a struggle in recovery. It has been super challenging without support. My concern is for people's mental & physical health. 🌟I care deeply about people being supported fully, start of sales & after. I WANT CARE TO BE EXTENDED. People come first before sales. I find it difficult to trust a business when they value their image more instead of building connections. It seems the focused is more on metrics instead of the customers' experiences. When a customer shares the experience, I noticed responses "What can we do to get the 4 stars rating up to 5 stars?" It matters to me to connect with the person's feeling behind their experience to feel heard & seen. 💛 What matters most is how people feel seen, safe, and cared for and that’s something a number or star rating can’t capture. Connection. I noticed the response defended against a customer instead of a repair happening. Their response tells me they value IMAGE MORE than building relationships with people. I often can tell what businesses prioritize by their responses to reviews --- image or people first. This experience has been weighing heavily on me. It re-opened old wounds from past painful experiences. I was trying to emphasize with a frustrated customer that I had seen her unheard of. The business skipped over & defended against them by thanking anyone who stood up to them. I understand the feeling of being unheard of and dismissed. I carried concerns about other things that were happening around that time. One employer went to his friends. I think he might told him to stand up to me. That has happened before in a past experience for someone to protect his image. A person who carried a fake persona. It was one of the most painful experience in my life, trauma. I felt small by his friends. Mocking, judgement, shame, laughing emojis as I was vulnerable. I didn't met with compassion, emotional safety & curiosity. I ENDED UP CRYING & BODY TREMBLING. The employer gave me a PERFORMANCE APOLOGY. It doesn't include the impact of my experience. That doesn't make up the harm. I felt that apology was to make the business image look good. I didn't receive NO PRIVATE APOLOGY and NO REPAIR , being met with understanding, heard and maybe a little reassurance. .. all that... It's not about who is right or who is wrong. Both sides meet with understanding and things. I NEVER RECEIVED received a healthy repair before. As soon as I moved on, I strongly believe someone (the one who carried a fake persona) from the painful experience shows up in "OTHER" ways are bothering me and crossing personal boundaries with my devices/privacy online. (I strongly believe 10000%).. This community is UNSAFE. NO ONE GIVES COMPASSION & EMOTIONAL SAFETY. UNSAFE LEADERSHIP. UNSAFE BUSINESSES. I feel uncared for by leadership. Defending image instead repairing and active listening. I hope one day leadership chooses to protect people by focusing on their struggles & needs through active listening. = ✅ I'm waiting for Kevin to find fully found himself. I noticed he is buried beneath the responsibilities he carries. When he does find that spark, his own path of creation, I'll be happy like a kid blowing out candles on their birthday cake. I support his success and journey behind it. He will change more lives in the community than any other leadership position when he finds it 😁😁😁.
