This is the third time I’ve purchased a Frozen pre-roll from this dispensary and opened the container to find it completely empty. There wasn’t even a smell of cannabis inside the tube—it was just an empty container. After paying for a product I never received, I went back to the store expecting them to make it right. Instead, I was told I had to bring the empty container back before they would do anything. I understand stores need to verify claims, but when this has happened multiple times, it’s clear there’s a quality control problem. Customers shouldn’t have to worry about whether the product they paid for is even inside the package. This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in buying pre-rolls from this dispensary. I hope they improve their quality control and customer service because this was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. This version sticks to what you experienced, avoids accusations you can’t verify, and is more likely to be taken seriously by other customers and the business.

Planet Jane was a great experience. The flower reps were super nice. Deals they had were unbelievable. We planned on going to another dispensary but after shopping at Planet Jane, there wasn't a need to shop at another store. See ya soon.
