Selection, prices, and customer service were excellent. Only ding is I was told at the front desk that because I'm a first time customer I'd get some freebies if my order was over $20. My order was $23 and change but they didn't give me my freebies (didn't check the bag because they said "your goodies are in the bag" and I thought that's what they meant). So, a bit of a disappointment when I got home. But still, excellent otherwise.

This is the best smoke shop anywhere. The staff know me and what I like, I always order online and when I try something new when I get there they let me know if I wouldn't like it and suggest something else, I tried it and l really liked it. Great place and staff.
