Every business has bad days, what matters is what you do about it! Last time I was in (during one of the busiest weeks of the year) they left out a free product, which I wouldn’t have said anything about if I hadn’t been texted to complete a random survey. In the survey I whined about not receiving my promotional $4 gummy not expecting anything to come of it and had completely forgotten about it until I was in today! I got home, opened my bag, and found that gummy plus a little something extra! Talk about next level customer service!

Their roots in medical cannabis are obvious, which is a good thing. While so many dispensaries mostly go for the highest THC percentages, the recommendations here are more thoughtful and personal. I visited three dispensaries in Buchanan on a recent trip and this one was my favorite.

They want to complain that you take a shady seat out of the sun on a hot day but yet they have no signs posted telling you you can't sit there. Typical stuck up small town snoodness. Remind you I was browsing their menu too trying to figure out what I wanted. It's all good I'll take my money elsewhere
