This woman went from telling me as a first time customer I would receive 20% off . 10 seconds later she rang me up, I asked immediately what happened to my 20% first time discount? She got upset with me because I asked.. her reply was it didn't apply to that offer... It's beyond me knowing that, I was a first-time customer! how was I supposed to know? She never told me.. I asked for a refund. I doubt I will ever go back.

There's NO loud music, everyone is properly clothed. Products I would say are above average to well above average then OTHER places! STAFF are very polite, knowledgeable, and does not talk down to you or act like they know more than they do!!! I have always been treated like a human rather than "just another customer"! ALL AND ALL, ITS A GREAT PLACE TO SHOP! WITH GREAT PRICES!!

It comes with a heavy heart to say my family and I will no longer support Harbor Farmz. This is very sad for us I really loved the staff, prices and products this store provides. I am very upset to say this franchise supports the building of AI data centers which takes away gallons of necessary water away to cool down hundreds of computers. The Kalamazoo location specifically sold their location to build this AI data center. Although plenty of us don’t support this horrific act. This production is going to destroy our economy ecosystem and take away land from many people and animals. I really hope the owner of this franchise buys out this specific location and is able to change the name and separate their selves from the Harbor Farmz.

Everyone I have had the pleasure to do business with. They have been very helpful and respectful answers any questions I have. When people are waiting it makes me feel I have to hurry, is the only thing I didn't like. I understand why only one person doing check out. All and all great experiences I will always come back! Fridays are fat bag firday!

While it seems their concentrate is having some issues in consistency since the past despite it, not going to lie this is my GO TO DISPO (brand idk there 2 of em as far as it lol) but they are very kind and will take care of everything for you even take recommendations here and at the three rivers main dispo for products which is great for someone chronically ill who can request things like Mary's patches in high count boxes ect for my health issues. Bud tenders are also knowledgeable which is great 👍🏻

Today was my first and last time here. I bought 2 geeked bars. I opened the first one. It didn't have the plug in the mouth piece and had 4 puffs on it already. 🤮😡
