I normally have great luck here. However, the second time in a row I spent over $100 and was not offered my perk for spending over $100. Today - I went back into the store after receiving the wrong flavor in prerolls and being charged extra. After waiting to get the correct flavors and fixing the over charge. I still received the wrong flavors. I was not given my discount for bringing my bag back or even offered to use my loyalty points. All the issues I have had are from the same employee.

I give up, I've ordered here 3 times and was disappointed every time. I made and order for delivery, no show no call. They started blowing up my phone about 3 hours later leaving messages like I was the bad guy. Stem joints, vapes that don't work, and terrible service, 3 strikes and your out.
