Horrible customer service! Judgmental... Respones: crazy behavior to condon her behavior... she laughed at me when I said nope not at that price so I laughed back and she told me to grow up. Your business is okay though it just won't ever have me in it again, have a fantastic day and life.. ill be praying for you and your... Update: watch your cameras ! How crazy of you at this point I think you are the person im talking about. All i did was laugh when she laught at me.. not another word was said by either me or my husband. We have more self control in that. Exactly why I go to reviews.. I don't need to say words in your store.. My bank account can buy your store... your a joke in my book... Im the one who clears your wax shelf often but not anymore... Exactly why I told you that your other staff steals my points and put it on their phone number. But like I said, we're cool, they give me free stuff from your store when I do that... I wonder how many times I've visited your store and not bought anything...ummm... be careful with what proof I have that I have purchased much more at your establishment. It is not my fault all your employees don't know how to properly document on your end. This whole thing shows the behavior im talking about, about this establishment... Have a blessed future.

Walked in.. as I was looking g at the price wall the lady was instantly irritated, we weren't just handing her our ID at the little widow oh well right.. then we go back and ask how much the product was but clearly she didn't like the way I was asking because I didn't want one gram or two.. between the both of us we wanted 30 grams of wax. So we simply asked how much already know we pick a high price place around so we were curious. When she said the lowest was 10$ I was like nope not 30 for that price and headed for the door. Then she laughed so my wife laughed and she told her to grow up.. Just wow.. multi business owner here between the 2 of use and we would never treat a potential client like that.. its okay though never again... I only shop for this every 2 months but we will clearly be going some where else..and ask cherry how that went for them... Update: no word we're said inside your store.. we turned and walked out.. your a joke of an owner acting just like your staff I have no more time for you, and clearly you don't care... my money will aways go elsewhere.. Also my passed purchases go on your staff phone number because i buy so much at once they steal my points but they were cool so i didnt complain, but they will now that i dont come around anymore.. no more $100 tips...so it probably doesn't look like I was a top buyer from you or tipper but you will see
