I had a very disappointing experience at The Chronic. The customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful, and I felt like my questions were treated as an inconvenience rather than being answered professionally. The wait was much longer than expected, even though the store wasn’t particularly busy the product I received did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price. Overall, the experience felt rushed, disorganized, and not worth the money they don’t label what’s hybrid/indica/sativa much and when I got the wrong product they said I couldn’t exchange it cause I walked to my car nor get a refund. There are plenty of other dispensaries that value their customers and provide better service I won’t be returning or recommending The Chronic to anyone based on my experience.
