I have used NSH since around 2014? Never have I had a bad experience or problem with anybody there. I love the service and attention they pay to you. Even after a length of time not being there, they will remember you! It is a great place to shop!

I walked into Northern specialty after having a horrible experience at another shop. I asked if they had any vaporizers for dry vaping, and Kendra came to help me. She was one of the nicest, knowledgeable, honest people I have dealt with in a long time. She did tell me that you need to go back to the manufacturer if there's an issue. She did not try and sugarcoat it. She explained everything to me. She opened them up. She was just wonderful! Northern specialty is where I am going now for my items. And thank you Kendra for being such an awesome customer service representative. You turned my day around from being extremely frustrating to not being frustrated anymore
