Wow, the customer service here is above and beyond anything I've ever experienced. Jude and Dan were incredibly knowledgeable , Patient, a total joy to work with. I was able to find a topical that helps my arthritis, post opt knee surgery flareups, cannabis chews for my elderly dog and they helped me find the correct dosage for my smoking needs. Out of other cannabis companies in the area this was by far the best experience I've had and now I will be a forever customer. I highly recommend The Cloud Cannabis inTraverse City😎 This is a must try company if you're in the area.

Five stars for this North Star of Traverse City dispensaries! * * * * * After exploring other dispensaries in the Traverse City area, Cloud Cannabis easily stands head and shoulders above the rest with the most knowledgable, patient, enthusiastic, and friendliest staff of professionals by far. The quality of flower and edibles are superb with terrific deals! Here is my one and only go-to dispensary in Traverse City. I use marijuana daily in my professional creative work, and am always seeking the very best advice. Every recommendation by Jude, Crystal, Danny, and Jim was just perfect! Thanks to Cloud Cannabis manager Jude for his expertise and patience in explaining the Hash Rosin gummy high difference. These have taken my work to new levels of euphoria and creative breakthrough. I might never have tried these without Jude bringing me up to speed. So grateful! Jude’s flower suggestions (Mystery Haze, yes!) were all wonderful, as well! Thanks to Crystal for listening so carefully to my questions about flower and edibles. Never once did I feel rushed as we discussed options at length. Crystal shared useful marijuana insights; suggested some very beautiful, very happy flower (Bubble Berry, yes!… I returned to pick up some); and helped arrange a perfect selection to last a month. Most excellent, Crystal! Thanks to Danny for sharing his rich experience with vaporizers, concentrates, and flower. Danny’s recommendations for my first exploration of Moon Rocks proved invaluable! He guided well & wisely, suggesting a careful approach to dosage with the higher THC moon rocks. And Danny was right… Moon Rocks do rock! Much appreciation, Danny! Thanks to Jim for his help on 4/20! Cloud Cannabis was packed with patrons, and Jim assured me that I need not feel rushed in any way. He recommended lovely flower that balanced out my other selections that day superbly. Even with the long line going out the door, Jim allowed time and space for my choices with great patience and super cool in the midst of 4/20 morning madness! I live most of the year in New York City. No dispensary this fine exists there, not even close! Writing here as an experienced adventurer who takes marijuana very seriously, I cannot recommend this Cloud Cannabis in Traverse City enough. They are the very best! Peace, David
