You guys must be paying for reviews or giving free items for reviews. Because there is NO WAY. First off, when you enter only alien as soon as you open the entrance door you will be smacked with a smell so foul it resembles mold. It smells VERY BAD INSIDE OF THIS PLACE! It smells like a very old Michigan basement. I almost puked trying to look around at items. Makes no sense to have a smoke lounge when your building smells like this! The bud tender that I had was an African American lady who treated me VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She acted as if I interrupted her day by coming into the dispensary to shop. Her attitude was over the top for no reason. I asked why a certain 8th was so cheap. I believe it was garlic badder. She stated word for word “because it’s outdoor and it has a bunch of pesticides more than likely”. This place is a nightmare. The selection of items is slim to none and on top of that there isn’t anything affordable in there for me. Any other dispensary in Kalamazoo will treat you better than this one 100% guaranteed. From the staff down to the products. Whoever owns this dispensary should’ve taken some pages out of other dispensaries books and learned how to operate better. Spent all of that time preparing that building for it to turn out like this. I see why no one is EVER there and no cars are ever in the parking lot. Stop trying to grow your own flower when you can’t even make it affordable you charge more than vendors in the state. Catch up.

Had a great experience at Alien Products. Kayla was the only employee working when I stopped by, and she did an amazing job. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and kept everything running smoothly even while handling the store by herself. She took the time to answer my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Great customer service like that is hard to find. The products were great, the store was welcoming, and Kayla made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks, Kayla!

Went to the shop across the street, only the greeter said hi and actually looked me in the eye. Got denied for trying to use my tribal ID. Go to Only Alien, was greeted by everyone before the door even shut, held eye contact and kept conversation light hearted and fun. And they accepted my Tribal ID. Will be back.
