Maybe I’m just spoiled with the customer service I get that is so much better at quality roots right down the street, or maybe it’s because I’m white I don’t know.

I had an absolutely amazing experience. My sales person was RO and she was incredibly patient, kind and helped me to understand why would be best for me. Her manager Julianna came and was just as nice e, friendly and knowledgeable. Great place awesome staff.

This place should already have your loyalty and business. The staff always the best, by far, with customers. It’s hard not to get the friendly/comfortable vibe. A+ service and all that jazz too. All the staff is great and accommodating. (And patient) Today I needed some extra help with a few things after Noah took care of my question and stuff. Alex went well out of his way to make sure I felt taken care of the whole time; is always customer first professional. Julianna also came by several times to assist and was extremely diligent, respectful, and showed a lot of empathy for someone doesn’t know/First time meeting. The whole group just treated me great- from the moment Ryan greeted me, to Noah helping me out, to Alex and Julianna taking extra time to show me they care about the questions and requests I had. Julianna even followed up with me. Very professional staff- well ran place. Update: 7/22 lost wallet :( sucks I lost my wallet and this was one of the last places I went- the team kindly took my information from my girlfriend who called on my behalf and then updated me to confirm- when I called back. Great Team. Did not catch the name of the nice woman on the other line but i appreciate your kindness!
