Kimberly was wonderful! She greeted me upon entering, listened to what I was looking for and found me the best deal. She was also very kind and understanding when I had to pay partially in change. She’s awesome! Give her a raise!

My initial experiences were great and I had no complaints. Then I purchased a disposable vape only to discover it didn't work. Went back to the store, they took the vape in back, did who knows what and returned it to me claiming it worked. Got it home... nope, doesn't work. Told me if it "did it again" to blow in the opposite end into the charging port, which got it working temporarily but caused the oil to backup, start leaking and permanently stop working. Returned to the store again, but was told the return window had closed and was offered only a discount to buy a replacement. I wasn't about to buy a replacement since I had also purchased another brand when this one was purchased. Unfortunately, the first of those proved defective and was DOA out of the box. Didn't even waste my time going back to the store and have decided to try going elsewhere.

I love coming to Xplore. All of my needs are consistently and thoroughly met by any staff member present. However, it just so happens that recently I was helped by a very knowledgeable bud tender by the name "Kay" and she was incredibly helpful in my search to get what it is I was after that day. As context matters, its fair to say that I am an old school flower smoker who only smokes if it tastes great. I dont mess with any new age stuff like oils, waxes and such. I just roll up some good flower and thats that and my needs are met. Simple man. Recently, in my engagement with Kay, in her efforts to be as thorough as possible, asked me a few questions off the start of our interaction and with my answers provided, she was able to lead me right to a batch of flower that was exactly what I was looking for and she even kept it at or under the price range I was after, too. She was very helpful, indeed. There's always a numerous amount of deals to choose from each day of the week and again, the customer service is top notch no matter who helps you. Theres a very friendly and inviting atmosphere from everyone the moment you enter the building up and through the moment its your turn to be called up to the counter and shop their goods. If you value your money, time and customer service, I highly recommend you give Xplore a chance. You won't be disappointed.

Love this place and the budtenders that work and have worked there EXCEPT the new guy. He is such a disappointment- no communication no personality can barely look or speak to me. He could barely take 2 seconds to ring up my order and that’s it!! Feels very rude and impersonal. Such a disappointment. It’s all your other great bud tenders for the last few years that bring me back into your place. Sure wish you’d rethink this new guy.Management has ruined a great team. Hope they rethink this new customer experience manager because my experience sucked !! Disappointed
