Normally I'd give Puff a 4 or 5* rating, the store is always nice and clean, the employees are very friendly and often very knowledgeable about products. The only reason I'm lowering the vote is because this time I did a mobile order and reserved a pick-up for later in the day when I knew I'd be heading down that way. Picked my items. PAID for my items. Got to the store later and the employee had to hunt for the items I'd purchased, one of which he couldn't find/was now out of stock and I had to substitute something else for it. Not a huge deal, it wasn't like I had my heart set on that specific strain, but if an online order comes through, especially if it is already paid for, those items should be shopped immediately and set aside in a designated "online orders" area, with customer information clearly labeled for easy identification and retrieval later. You don't just leave the products on the shelves to be shopped out from under the customer who has already paid for those items. Not a huge deal. But it could have been. Come on Puff, do better.

My daughter and I visited Puffs. This was the second time I've been here and they had incredible deals for the holidays. I was really impressed. I highly recommend,. The young man who waited on us was extremely helpful and super knowledgeable.

Was there this last week, got an OZ of Meat Breath. As of today, I've gotten just over 4 grams of seeds, with just over a qtr OZ left. I get it was on sale, but I haven't seen this many seeds since these dispensaries opened a few years ago. I'll see how this is rectified before recommending anybody to visit. Update: The PUFF company has stood by its word and made everything right as of July 2nd 2026. Thank you so much, will be gladly back!!!!
