Here is the revised version, kept safely under Google’s 4,000-character limit: I want to give a very special shoutout to Bonnie, the delivery driver, and Todd, the manager at King of Budz Inkster, for going above and beyond for me today. Their kindness, patience, understanding, and willingness to help made a difficult day much easier, and I greatly appreciate everything they did for me. I have visited both the Inkster and Ferndale locations, and while I have had good experiences with King of Budz overall, Inkster is by far my favorite location. I am so loyal to this store that I will purposely drive out there or wait until they reopen the next day rather than go somewhere else if I miss their closing hours. That is how consistently positive my experiences have been with this team. As a woman who sometimes visits alone, feeling safe is extremely important to me. The security guard and staff always make me feel welcomed, comfortable, and secure from the moment I arrive. Everyone is friendly, respectful, and professional, and I have never felt uncomfortable entering or leaving the store by myself. That sense of safety is one of the biggest reasons I continue returning. The Inkster location is always clean, organized, and well maintained. It is clear that the employees take pride in the store and in how they treat their customers. They have even surprised me with goodie bags and thoughtful extras, which always make me feel appreciated. Those gestures show that their customers are more than transactions to them. I have never had a bad experience with any of the budtenders or managers. Every employee I have dealt with has been patient, knowledgeable, approachable, and willing to answer questions. They do not make you feel rushed or pressured. What I appreciate most is their honesty. When I ask about a product, they give me their genuine opinion instead of automatically pushing the most expensive option or trying to make a sale. They listen to what I need, consider my preferences and budget, and help me choose something that is actually right for me. There was also a previous occasion when a mix-up occurred and I was accidentally given too much change. As soon as I noticed, I returned the extra money to the cashier because it was the right thing to do. Ever since then, I have continued to receive nothing but excellent service from every employee and manager I have encountered. Today, Bonnie and Todd truly looked out for me. My boyfriend had left me financially unprepared, and I was working with a very limited budget. They did not embarrass me, judge me, or make me feel like an inconvenience. Instead, they were compassionate, accommodating, and willing to help me find something that worked within my situation. They made it happen for me during a time when I genuinely needed some kindness and understanding. Bonnie was extremely friendly, professional, and considerate throughout the delivery process. Her positive attitude helped make a stressful day feel easier. Todd was equally helpful, patient, and accommodating. It was obvious that he genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of rather than treating me like just another sale. Excellent customer service is about more than completing a transaction. It is about making people feel safe, respected, heard, and valued. King of Budz Inkster consistently provides that experience. I cannot fully express my gratitude for the pride this company takes in its customers and the care I have received from the security staff, budtenders, delivery drivers, and managers. Thank you again to Bonnie and Todd for looking out for me today, and thank you to the entire Inkster team for always being welcoming, honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Your efforts do not go unnoticed. Bonnie and Todd deserve recognition for the outstanding service they provided and for being excellent representatives of King of Budz.
