I’ve been coming here for years and it’s my favorite dispensary in New Buffalo and all of SW Michigan. Today (7/28) I had a pickup order in the morning, but the employee at the desk forgot my concentrate. She called me on my way home and was super apologetic and nice. When I came back, she hooked me up for the inconvenience, and was again extremely kind. I forgot her name already, but she is a top notch employee. I also overheard a phone call she answered while I was in line and the customer was irate and extremely rude, but she handled it with exceptional customer service and then had a smile on her face for the next customer in line. Wonderful experience and she deserves a raise!!
