The product is great. But the friendship is unbeatable. Brent became one of my closest friends, Pleasantrees has treated me like a family every time. I’ve been loyal for a looong time. Years. This place smells better and leaves you with an actual overall boost in your day. Before you even smoke.

I absolutely LOVE the staff here, always a pleasant experience. They’re all incredibly knowledgeable about products and sales to help make sure you get the most for your money. I’ve not had a single unenjoyable experience here in several years, nor a bad product.

For some reason they stopped carrying my favorite gummies I’ve bought for years, and now they no longer carry the THC tablets I’ve also bought for years. I prefer tablets because I cannot smoke and don’t like eating candy all day. Sadly I just put in an order for some tablets at a different dispensary. Also, I’m a regular shopper so I’ve accrued thousands of points. I’ve never been able to use them because they only give you flower for your points and I cannot smoke. They kept telling me they would change their policy so I could use my points for edibles, but it never happened. I have a genetic disorder that causes chronic pain and have enjoyed shopping there every week since they opened 5 years ago. I don’t want to go anywhere else but they’ve given me no choice. They probably just lost a valued customer.

Friendliest and most attentive staff of any dispo in Lansing. Will definitely be back, I’m upset I cannot remember the three employees who helped us names as they made the experience 10/10. The location and building itself are very nice. Definitely check them out if you’re in town.
