Brooke was amazing for being my first time in here. She was very patient and easy to understand. Helpful in finding items for purchase and getting me situated before I walked out. Picture of Mr.Clean, 2023 High Times bud winner...1oz. Lol

I used to visit here frequently until I noticed that there was another dispensary across the street. Green labs is okay, but they dont offer the filter "recently added" when making an online order. So, there is no telling if you're getting year old product, or fresh product. They dont have a good selection of chocolate edibles either, mostly gummy. Also, they once gave me a free ounce that i would not even let my worst enemy smoke, instead they should have paid me to take that free ounce to the trash for them.

Guys, the answer isn't events. That's just costing you all more money and isn't going to draw any more people in. There's so much I could suggest but it probably would be ignored. You're losing clientele because of your lack of choices. Outside of your own brand, you barely carry anybody else. People like choices. I don't want to see you guys go out like Weedy's did. High Profile is already cheaper than you on most things and that's what people are looking for. Especially these days when everything is so expensive. They have $1 prerolls. $2.50 for infused. $9 eighths. 2 for $50 ounces, $2 gummies. Looking at Bowz website, their prices are going to be cheaper too and they have better choices. The events alone aren't going to be enough to win the crowd over. I mean the fact that you don't carry Hyman, Penninsula Gardens, Frosted Farms, Michigander Fire, Hytek, Lowtek, 710 Labs, Stiiizy, Mitten Extracts (outside of gummies), Cali-Blaze or any of the really big Michigan brands isn't helping. This is the stuff that people want.

This is still my favorite place to go for high quality, top-down cannabis. The music is great, but not loud. Just... audible and enjoyable. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. My favorite thing is that they keep customers 1 to 1 with budtenders so there's never a crowd on the sales floor waiting in lines. As such, there's no background noise to compete with, which makes talking easier. I also never feel overwhelmed with options, which might sound like a lack of options, but it isn't. If I tell the budtender I want a sativa at this price point, I'm not shown all 8 strains that are that price, I'm only shown the 2 that are sativa. I like that. It shows that they listen to the customer and don't try to push things that weren't discussed or asked about. Oh, and this Death Star sugar is phenomenal. 10/10.
