So the first time I went to the store, I had a bad experience, but I gave it another chance Aranda was absolutely delightful and amazing. I’ve been in there twice since and I will only go in when she works. She’s very friendly and about her job any questions that I had she was willing to answer and helped me with. She makes the store my favorite store whenever she is working definitely manager material. thank you for such a great experience❤️🥰❤️🙌

I loved the first time I came, 420 was so amazing I drove 100 miles to get my product. I called to make sure they would be open yesterday, which I was told yes, I get there at 3:45, nobody was there. there was a note saying they would be back at 4:05, I waited for 40 minutes, called multiple times and messaged on Facebook. I ended up leaving and went to Puff which was a wonderful decision. I absolutely do not recommend this place. no wonder they were totally empty on 420. yall should be ashamed that you so business at all. Now I'm editing my review to add that they are now blowing my phone number up because they looked me up in their system and got my phone number. Harassing me over their own bad habits. I waited for 40 minutes after driving 100 miles because I was told you would be open, you have multiple bad reviews due to this exact situation.

My first experience was on four twenty, and it was wonderful. The prices were great and the lady was very friendly. I was so impressed that I decided to make the over hour long trip to go back for my second time Yesterday. we got there at 3:45pm there was a sign on the door stating that they were closed until 4:05pm. I wouldn't usually wait, but since I drove over an hour, I did. i waited and called multiple times until 430, I finally left and went to a different dispensary. a friend with me sent multiple messages, and never got a response. I watched at least six people go to their front door and try to shop, so I know i'm not the only one. I will not be back.

Super relaxed place. Good prices and great product. The guy was super patient when I was having trouble with my card (a lot of places don't even take card), and even threw in a small freebie, even though I wasn't a new customer. They treat people well. Edited for spelling

if we are being honest. you can find better and cheaper products elsewhere, but for the locals who shop and they don’t wanna travel, it’s convenient for them. I personally prefer other places over Xhale, but i’ll support them cause they support me.
