Called ahead to make sure they served medical, was told they do, and drove 30 minutes in 90 degree heat to find out from the same person that they don’t. Used to be a great place but staff clearly went downhill

I go to their location, pure cannabis in lapeer. I will never go here again, I've been on two wild goose chases because they don't want to unstuck their back. Most popular pre-rolls sitting in the back for 4 hours. They tell me to come back wednesday, on monday. I come in this morning they tell me to come back this afternoon, then I come in and they just tell me straight up sorry. You will never get my business again, in fact I may start even moving away from pure now and those people know me. Little does live now I've been a customer starting at explore cannabis, another facility that they own since the new law even took place. I buy at least four to six bags of those pre-rolls on a monthly basis plus other products. Lapeer would have went in the back and got me what I needed
