I was disappointed with my experience. It actually would have been cheaper for me to spend over $200 and qualify for the $75 off promotion than to make the $139 purchase I ended up making. If someone had pointed that out, I would have gladly added a few more items because my final total would have been lower after the discount. It felt like I wasn’t given the best guidance on how to maximize the promotion. The first-time customer goodie bag was also underwhelming—it contained three of the exact same item instead of a variety. On top of that, my order was missing the pre-roll that was supposed to be included. Overall, I expected a much better first-time customer experience and hope they do a better job helping customers take advantage of available promotions.
