Friendly staff. Decent prices and a great selection! I will say, the budtenders need some training on strains and what they help with or what would be the best option for what I (or other customers) are looking for. I typically KNOW what I am coming in for when I come (I buy the same thing every time because they CONSISTENTLY have my favorite) but anytime I’ve gone outside the norm of Indica or Sativa or strain specific …the budtenders don’t seem to know….its kind of frustrating because they should have SOME knowledge of what strain works best when the tambourine monkey in your brain won’t stop…..or the color number purple is too loud…I mean why are you asking what I’m looking for if you can’t help me or ask someone to help me find it? That’s is the ONLY reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. Otherwise…ya’ll are PLEASANT!

Greed is starting to corrupt this business; they used to be great; and I’ve been a loyal customer for years; after this recent trip I’m considering never going back. Show up here on 4th of July weekend for the sale. Come in and ask about the $65 ounces sale that is going on (normally $100) and the GM Chris tells me that all the $65 ounces are only the smalls buds that normally go for that price ($65). “Conveniently” leaving out all the higher tier products that were discounted for the weekend. (in reality they are “minis”, which are even smaller than “smalls”, but they capitalize on ignorance. Small buds are typically around the size of a dime, minis are smaller) It wasn’t until I saw a different customer paying for his products that I noticed there was much better quality flower for the $65 ounces sale price; I had to ask the other customer how much it cost and then the GM jumps back in “oh yeah these are $65 too” Like come on man I wasn’t born yesterday and I’ve been smoking weed since the time it came with seeds. Clearly he was trying to hide the choice buds sale from me. The only thing on his mind was profit margins. He probably gets himself a nice bonus if he makes his corporate daddy enough money. Obviously this manager cares more about the bottom line than the customer, which is happening everywhere more and more. Makes me sick seeing what this culture has turned into. Very disappointed and surprised to have had an interaction like this at Pleasantrees; I really didn’t expect this from them. But I guess nothing good lasts forever. The only reason it’s 2 stars and not 1 is because the growers know what they are doing at least. So well done to them. Tl;dr: Manager tried to hide the fact that holiday sale was happening from me in order to try and upsell me cheap minis. This business is putting profits before patients.

Do not waste your time. They have a limited selection, poor customer service and I bought two packs of Good Tides, and the label safety label was town on both. Not sure why they’re opening them. Shady as hell.
