The best thing about Smilez is the curb side employee that reminds me of Keanu Reeves. I believe his name is Sean/Shawn. He remembers my name, is always helpful kind and welcoming, has a super chill and warm way of providing customer service, and is quick to want to GENUINELY help me fix any problems I may have. People there are 97% nice but he makes it a place I feel welcome and not anxious. Also, good selection and great prices when they have sales.

I could literally talk to her all day she was very knowledgeable about her job, and if she didn’t know, she asked for assistance from a wonderful lady who was also very knowledgeable about edibles and other recreational and medical use cannabis for a first time visitor. It was amazing to walk into the merchandiser to see so many selective options. I will definitely return. Thank you, Kathryn for your wonderful service
