The store banned me for leaving a 1 star review because an employee told me he "didn't like my attitude" for saying out loud "oh great, now I gotta get a battery for the free vape I won". After an apology from one of his bosses and himself, I raise my review to a 3 star. Will go back, but hopefully I get a different more friendly bud tender.

First timer discount was a treat! Loved that they checked IDs before they opened their doors. Very clean place! Customer service was 💯 even when they didn't have what I was looking for they were happy to redirect me and educate me on where to find the item I needed!

I visited on 6/18/26 and had a great experience. I'm from out of town and my bud tender Matt helped find what I needed to have a more relaxed vacation. I will definitely be visiting again

No stars. Wasn't open. Ok more info incoming- store posted 9am to 9pm except weekends open longer (10pm) . I was there 11am. Lights on - door locked. Only thing posted was store name & hours. No phone number, no text number, no door bell to ring - nothing! If hours changed to road work - then put up a sign stating that or a phone number to call. Looking up on Google- nothing but store name. No contact. I went somewhere else cause they had phone number listed & was very helpful. You lost sales. I get it - early summer not much sales but hours changes or a way to find information would be nice. I would came back another day if hours were limited due to season limits ( busier later in june, etc)

I've been to at least 13 weed stores from Muskegon to Traverse City, east to Cadillac and Evart, and Hempire of Scottville is my favorite by far. Everyone who works there is super cool, and I feel like I'm dealing with friends every time I go in there. Oh yeah, and the weed is also top notch!
