    - Lavender was our bud tender today and was very knowledgeable about the edibles! Was able to pick out some new things to try based on their recommendations. Thank you Lavender! - Courtney B hooked me up today with some cold cured rosin and a smile! Thank you for the great service as usual - Rachael is wonderful! Very patient with us while we browse and asked questions. - Sierra slid us a sheet of cool stickers while we were shopping one day and is always knowledgeable on all of the products. - John always gets us with a fist bump at the door and a great attitude. Awesome vibes at Jars as always! We will be back again and again.

JUST SO I MAKE THIS VERY CLEAR JADYN IS AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING BUDTENDER. SHE HAS A WONDERFUL PERSONALITY. SHE IS AWESOME IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THERE WAS ANOTHER YOUNG LADY. THERE AND AS I WAS LEAVING, SHE WAS LIKE, IT'S ALRIGHT. MA, WE GOT YOU, I DON'T KNOW WHAT HER NAME WAS, BUT SHE'S FREAKING AWESOME TOO!!! SHE'S SUPER CUTE, AND SHE HAD LITTLE CURLY CUES ON THE SIDE OF HER CHEEK WITH HER HAIR, SUPER CUTE. ANYWAYS, SO MORE ONTO MY STORY.I'M SORRY, THIS IS A LONG RANT...So going into jars today was absolutely horrible at first. Because the first girl that waited on me, she's always Has an attitude. I don't know why she has got an attitude with me. But I don't like her, she's rude. She's snotty, she's snickers. She thinks she's cute, but she's not. She's rude. None of my friends like her. And I have a lot of friends that go there. No one likes her because she's rude.Unless you're a dude. Then she's nice to you. Once I had taken care of the issue that she got irritated with, (my debit card ATM getting the money out.) She got irritated, so I went outside fixed The problem came back in i got the money out of the a.T m and JADYN was absolutely amazing, awesome personality! She is so sweet and so cool. I absolutely loved her. The only time I get an attitude is when somebody gets one with me. And the lady with the long straight blonde hair that works there that always has an attitude. None of my friends like her. I personally have requested for her to not serve me. I do not want her nowhere near me. I don't like her. She should not be in customer service. She is horrible. I don't know what her issue is, but jadyn made everything right no attitude, super perky, very friendly super Nice to me and she got the same thing. In return, all I ask as a customer is for respect. And the first woman, attitude, as soon as I come in the door she was already pissy. I don't know what her issue is. She's like this every single time I come in there. And everybody I know says the same thing about her. She is absolutely horrible. So yes, that's why I'm making this review on Google. So people can see and the owner or the manager or whatever can see that this woman should not be working there. She is a is a horrible person for customer service. She's almost pushing me to the point of going back to lumen. I don't wanna go there because her prices are too high. But if I have to deal with her attitude, I'll change where I go.And my friends will too. I don't even remember her name because it wasn't important enough to remember. But Jadyn and curly cute whispy hair( sorry I didn't catch her name. It's not that I can't remember it. I didn't know it sorry girl!) And then the short, I think she has like a blondish colored hair. Pretty sure she's a manager, but she's absolutely amazing. She always has a good temperament. She is an amazing Bud tender herself, but they all made me feel much better. Because I was very angry.I was cursing i'm almost 55 years old and she got me off my square and stole my joy. I'm not gonna let that happen again, but I'm not gonna let her serve me no more. Neither and she will never get a tip from me.So that means no tips, and no jars, because I know y'all have to split em.. So in conclusion, something you guys may not have known, or you have known all along, which I just found out today. You can tip your butt tender in product! So I tipped jadyn an ounce of pre rolls for being so cool and had Ms. Blondie, not been so rude. She'd have got a good tip, but she has a nasty attitude. Every single time I go in there, which is why I only come in once a month. And I get enough to last cause. I don't wanna have to go back in again. I don't like her and a lot of people don't. And I know I'm not the only one to complain. I'm sorry, this is so long. I'm sorry. This is such a long review. But all jayden, and curly cutie made my day awesome! Thank you, ladies for taking care of me.And thank you Jadyn for being so awesome to me and being so polite. Customer service goes a long way! Blondie needs to remember that!
