Great people, friendly and helpful.

New ownership is ruining this place. It’s already the highest priced dispensary, now they changed the rewards program so you get less rewards, the selection is more limited, and you can no longer stack your veterans discount. I’ll be going elsewhere in the future and wouldn’t recommend this place anymore. It does still have good people working there, although they would probably tell you the same.

Amazing staff! They actually take the time to get to know you and build a relationship with you. It’s not just a check out process. It’s like a second family, I can walk in there and multiple staff know me by name/face without looking at my card. I’m always getting compliments about something. Staff if very easy to talk to I’m a very anxious person but if I could I would sit there all day and talk with everyone. They’re very knowledgeable about the products. Personally I never had a bad experience at releaf. Honestly if I’m having a rough day going there and just interacting with staff makes my day better. I would say this is the best dispensary in NWA.

UPDATED REVIEW: I put in an order here after not shopping here in the last couple years due to previous bad experiences. The staff was nice and professional. I got my order quickly for unbeatable prices. I will shop here again. Shopped here for a long time until they started giving me lower THC values than advertised. Today I ordered ARC 22.7 THC I ordered @9:02am. Saw later that the THC was changed to 18. I called & one of the managers said there were 2 batches and you got 18 THC in your order. I said how I ordered 2 minutes after you opened. He put me on hold and gave me the lame excuse that it was Leafy's mistake in the THC listing. That's funny all the other dispensaries use Leafy and don't have this problem, but this is the 3rd time it happened to me here. Luckily I didnt drive an hour and a half round trip this time. Check your THC values before you leave this company can't be trusted.

There is a special person (Haven) that seen something in me one day and asked what's wrong, so I shared that I was dealing with a lung cancer scare. She told me her story and told me never give up hope, hope has left me long ago, lol, she asked when my tests were and said she would send good vibes and light a candle (apparently that's her thing 😊), well Ms. Haven it worked! To all of our surprise, especially the doctors, all clear with all my tests! Thank you so much for being more than just a budtender, to me you will always be a friend, thank you to all the Re-leaf family and all that support the patient. Much love, Troy Perkins

I'm always in and out with some fantastic product. Prices are half of local competitors (I even used to work for one) and somehow despite having a smaller facility, have more to choose from.
