an old school hippy raised in the S.F. bay area in the 60's - came in today for my 1st visit, and they HOOKED ME UP - this place is hands down way better than the competition in festus . . . no pretentious 'tude like those people in festus they accepted my veterans photo ID , which i think is the PROPER way to do things the hospitality there is like a class reunion they were happy to see ME, and i can honestly say, i'm going to adopt them

Zero Stars.. Terrah was one of the rudest customer service workers i have ever met. For someone spending alot of money at the business you work for you should probably check your attitude.

Not only was Terrah basier rude straight from the jump. She clearly saw the price on the screen but when she checked me out the price was significantly higher than the original. She did not tell me of a price difference and I was a bit confused why it was so high but chalked it up to crazy taxes. Wrong. I looked at the receipt and it rang up more. I confronted her about it then she proceeded to argue with me and had another attitude. She was telling me different numbers but you can clearly tell that I paid more than what I should have. When I told her I was going to call to complain she said go ahead so rudely. I have been going to dispensaries since they opened in Missouri and I have never had a worse experience at one than I did today. Horrible customer service. I get it was busy but no need to be like that. Never will go to the Hillsboro one again. Pevely is much better.

Excellent customer service , budtender bought me examples of different products fast and efficient service met a very kind man with his hair in a knot and glasses brown hair he showed me different infused drinks and was very professional. I will be returning to this establishment.

Going north is the best! They always have a great variety for me to choose from also hands down best guys to get help from picking things out is Austin and Connor every time I come in they know exactly what I want and can help me look for new stuff and helps get me set up since I’m not super similar with stuff yet! Website barely functions, the prices are higher than the marijuana can get u, and they dont have the greatest selection. Ive seen black market dispensaries that are better ...absolutely disappointed on a regular basis by the products just bought a vape 2 times bc this company failed to train employees to hand over the battery with the pod now that battery wont let me hit the pods i paid $50 for this is deffinition low grade quality goods.
