  So I shop daily almost, and gotta say kinda disappointing the website is advertising incorrectly.. i told the bud tender but they really had no clue.. I said the 36% sounds off like way to high, then showed em what the math broke down to. I know they can't do anything but anyway to fix this issue with the thc % being false? Its also wrong on a couple other packs products the multi 5pks. Also anyways to talk to the yalls decision maker, Key cannabis is going to be coming to Washington soon wondering if this company is going to be able to match the rewards system key has in place? 100 points there equals 5 off here we have to spend 200 bucks to get 5 off which doesn't even cover taxes most the time.. js competition is coming might as well be ahead of the curve beat them at there own game.. I like being loyal but money's always tight these days with gas almost 4 a gallon it'd be nice to see a better matching reward system thank you and have a good day.

  I love the customer service but honestly they need cameras more around the building. I was just there and saw a child in a car by itself bc the parent was in the store. Reminder it is hot outside. They need security badly plus since they also get broken into.

  Service was great back in the day, however these days it is horrible, they “can’t” put discounts online yet all other dispos will. Point system is non existent. Also you don’t have to pay state taxes as medical unlike else where you don’t, plus better discounts and deals else where, and lower prices to else where. Also there’s a dumb rule these idiots came up with that you can’t switch medical to rec, so if that’s a issue just go to a different dispo. Personally seems like they are try to get rid of med to make more money. Since you get 3oz’s rec daily and I think 6 or 8 oz’ a month. Overall really poor management, they work in a shed, and are price gouging customers. Run away. Update—> apparently depending upon who you are they will let you switch back and fourth. 🤦‍♂️ point system is nonexistent and medical patients are not priority but you can pay to be first ☠️ also cant do credit cards because its “federal yet again other dispos will🙄

  I love how they send text daily to keep me informed on all deals. The staff is awesome. They take the time to remember their clients even with how much traffic is in and out on a daily. Very helpful will continue to shop here.

  Place sucks give me a 3.5 it was all ground up looked like it was cut w parsley or something. And the chic at counter said this is the good stuff. Hell my son can grow better than that. I feel like I was ripped off. I mean who breaks up ur weed for ya. That's apart of smoking break it up. Idk just disappointed I won't be going back.....

  I just moved here from AZ and I already have a favorite dispo!! Noah was super helpful!! And the rest of the staff was really friendly. Not only did he educate me on the best product for me, he referred me to the best Mexican and pizza places in the area!! See ya guys again soon!!
