First time I came into this place last week at Thursday 5pm they had two workers. Me and my buddy waited 40 min in the lobby when there were only 6 other people waiting. Once we got in there it took another 15 min to receive our order which was literally a 5 pack joint special. 1 hour in total. Fast forward to today. Placed an online drive thru order at 5pm. It said it will be ready in 15-25 min. We get to the dispensary at 6pm and waited 35 min in the drive thru line. Idk how this place has 4.9 stars because the amount of time it takes to pickup your order is a damn joke. Will not be back. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I went inside because I wanted to see and smell some of the new strains. I waited all that time in the lobby and all that time in line to be told that something they don’t do anymore. And the guy just turns the iPad around and is like what do you want? I can order online myself. Also the guy at counter is Always kind of melancholy and has a sad or anger expression on his face. Like I’m so sorry you have to stand here and ring people up. This is a customer service facing job. The least you could do is be pretend to be happy to take my money. There’s also just a few glass pieces to purchase and they’re very expensive. I wish they carried more options to buy glass. The prices are ok but the bud i have been buying is nothing special for how much I pay for it. Overall crappy experience in store. I’ll just order from my phone and play weed roulette since I can’t view the product in store.

Slowest service you’ll ever go to, except to wait almost an hour in line.
