I love everyone I gave met there. They are so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. And yes Jake is literally a funny walking encyclopedia on products, interactions with certain medications. I usually go during the day and love my Ciara hugs. I went in tonight and got to meet Jennifer B and she was wonderful. Didn't rush me and helped me find the perfect finds since my "go-to's" weren't available due to high sales for holiday weekend. I have P.T.S.D and severe social anxiety and how blessed am I to have such a wonderful dispensary and crew to go to. Thank you guys for all you do!!!!

Jamar was the first budtender 🍃 I really met there, he never once made me feel stupid for not knowing anything about 🍃 however I never catch him when he’s working I do frequently get Katie, and Ciara absolutely love them both!! I also remember Cheryl and just adored her fun and funky customer service!!! I’ve cycled through everyone and am honestly pleased with the team work as a whole facility!! From the security in the front to the guys behind the window grabbing the orders,,, I will always make the drive to easy mountain for the s tier customer service and s tier products currently enjoying the fruity crispy treats hybrid edibles!

I lived in Colorado for 10 years before coming to southwest Missouri and living in Republic. I started using cannabis when I lived out there and had a great experience now that it is legal in Missouri. Hands-down easy mountain is a wonderful dispensary. It reminds me very much of the quality of product and experience that I got when I lived in Colorado, so happy there in my own neighborhood. Keep up the great work guys you have a customer for life. EDIT JUNE 2026 Here we are in 2026 and I’m updating my review. This location has become very corporate. The caliber of the staff is very different and it’s not a positive change. I also find it un appealing that the owners now own the ATM machines and still charge their customers 399 for every transaction plus what they bank charges. This was not a state mandate they could still use debit card machines to save their customers four dollars plus. The point system is absolutely terrible and the customer service has gone downhill. They’ve gotten too big And have forgotten the customers that helped build that business since they open the doors. I will be shopping elsewhere and looking for other alternatives. It’s pretty sad. This place has been amazing for a long time, but it’s continuously going downhill. They want to be a corporate store then congratulations

Everyone here is so amazing! Today, I called in looking for a certain battery (I lost mine, go figure). They didn’t have it in stock but they were able to find me one! They go above and beyond and the customer service is stellar. I’ll always be an Easy customer!
