I've given this place multiple chances, but the quality just isn't there and I am always disappointed. The flower is usually dry and feels and tastes like low-grade cannabis. I prefer Hi-Line or Tom Cat.

Bought a disposable dab cart and the guy says "oh it might die after you use it a bit you might have to recharge it before you smoke it all" sounded normal just like a regular vape. I get home with the disposable carts and they came with zero charge and plugged it in and it doesn't even do anything still, called the place and asked what's up with that and he said I would have to charge it for 20+ minutes for it to even turn on. That's not what the dude said at all pretty annoying they're just selling faulty products and lying about it forgetting the part how the device is so screwed up it won't even turn on without being on a charger for an hour. That would've been a pretty important thing to say. Look at the reviews we're not the only person who've they've tried to rip off selling faulty products also saying you would need a receipt to return it but they didn't even give me a receipt for it

Consistently faulty carts from this dispensary and false return policy. Yesterday’s cart wouldn’t pull smoke, even though it was burning the product. The pen itself is brand new from less than two weeks ago, haven’t had any problems with any other businesses carts with my pen only when I come here. When I had my boyfriend return it for a new one, we felt the employee was insinuating we were lying for a free cart, and the manager blamed our pens “faulty battery…” I’m currently using my “faulty” pen on a fresh cart from Hi Line and am experiencing no issues with it getting stuck and not pulling like I have experienced here time after time. Felt disrespected and disappointed… ): Won’t be back, I hope you guys make this right.

This is the 3rd time I have purchased a dab cart from them and EVERYTIME its clogs so bad it just becomes useless when attempting to return them they just give some advice and send you out the door. I’ve attempted fixing them myself and with some buddies and no luck at all we are 0/3. The employees are super nice but the high prices and low quality of product I am not going to recommend anyone new to the area to go here. I would like to come back in a few months and try again and hopefully leave an amazing review!
