After winning raffle tickets to Rappin The Rivers from Apogee, I knew these were like minded folks! The person behind the desk was knowledgeable and didn't steer me wrong with their recommendations. The store has a chill vibe. Will definitely be back, thank you!

Proper sub sub sub -> this isn’t really the owners fault, but i had ordered some wax on Leafly, I live like 30 minutes away. On Leafly it tells you that if something is out of stock someone will call and let you know. The woman employee with the piercings said when I showed up. “ sorry that item is out of stock I was going to let you know when you got here…….” Bruv yall confirmed the order!!!!!!!!!!!!! Some actual bs. She also won’t honor the prices on Leafly. Said “ she doesn’t care what it says”. Like cool you win employee of the month, customer service dang presidante captain #1 service. . . In my mind if I’m working for someone and my job is to move weight and keep people happy, I probably would have offered the customer a discounted option, or simply just give them what they want, tell them there was a mistake on Leaflys end and this is a one time occurrence for you to get the item at that price. Instead of being a total stuck up yehaw Telling me that I’m arguing with you, when I was explaining what happened. I understand this is not really the owner‘s fault, at the same time if you’re using a third-party app to help sales, then someone needs to monitor it constantly, or so. It was like 60 miles there and back, and I didn’t even get any freaking wax. I even asked the lady, I’m like You can’t like hook me up with a deal or something or try to make this rig///// cuts me off lol GOAT goat goat employee of the universe!!! shout out sacred sun for honoring penny items!!!!!!!!!!
