Alyssa is a very "welcoming" like she's happy and great knowledge on weed, good people. I like individuals but I don't like any "people" but I said hi to a couple other familiar folks, they probably didn't know who the hell I am 😂. But I like the weed shop too. I'm stoned right now, at the camping area in the woods. Thanks for the welcome back in Bozeman. There's Kick 🐾🐕.

I went here today and gave the lady my medical card and after she looked at it and I put in my order. After saying the price I felt like it was a little more expensive then I expected so I asked is this the medical price? And she said it didn't switch and asked for my card again and input my medical card info. Every other dispensary inputs the information right away. it did bring the price down but I was short charged 70 cents it's the principal I usually tip around 5 but this is the first dispensary I never left a tip. I'm not going to this dispensary ever again. If you do go make sure you get that receipt. Cashier: 97180

I went to the Lionheart location on 7th Ave. in Bozeman today, 7-11-26 to celebrate their Customer Appreciation celebration and to stock up on some edibles. I purchased 2 Cinnabars and 6 sour green apple packets of gummies. All 8 items were supposed to be in their $10 discount bin. I was charged $20 EACH for the Cinnabars, and $18 EACH for the gummies. Hardly a bargain bin price. When I confronted the manager about the overcharge, he made the excuse that sales tax on recreational is high (which it is) but refused to explain why the 8 items did not ring up at $10 each, as stated on their mark down price sheet displayed on the counter. After pressing him for an explanation, and him just wanting to point out the sales tax, I became frustrated, raised my voice and he told me to take my bag and leave the store, basically kicking me out. Needless to say, after many years of patronizing this establishment, my loyalty to the store has been terminated by today's experience. I don't feel it was asking too much for an explanation why the amount I was charged didn't match up with the posted prices for clearance items. I will be vocal about today's experience going forward. There are many dispensaries in the Bozeman area so there's no reason to tolerate one that has deceptive pricing and no customer satisfaction. Good-by Lionheart, it WAS good to do business with you over the years.

Follow this post as you go mt dispo :) The products were very nice, lots of selection, other brands as well. (Natures Roots#1) the only thing I noticed after smelling like 40 different jars 😭(dude was mad). All the weed kinda seeemd the same ? There was some definitely different ones. But it almost looked like you guys ran a whole family in there. The worst thing here is the employees, cocky but uneducated, so they sound dumb. I asked first what was the highest terp level? Instead of doing so says why”this ones had the highest the thc” I told him to tell me and concluded with the one with the higher THC level will…….. don’t say anything about flavor or how the terps affect the high…. Ended up getting some type of candy, whatever highest terps were. Flavor And high great but actual smoke of the product weak, :/ wrong phe
