This is ridiculous. It happened again with the vanilla. Your employee said you'd be there Thursday through Sunday so whenever I get there I'll be coming in to talk to you. I have pictures and I have proof. This is unfair UPDATE!!! Ok now I'm really upset. I had to go back in today for more and I explained the hardware issue (detailed below) to the employee in person. I told her what was happening, which she brushed off completely, but then at least listened to me when I said I could not afford these disappearing flat-tips and I explicitly requested the old round-tip style. She literally felt the packaging, assured me they were round tips, and put them in my bag. I put the cartridges straight into my purse, but when I got home 30 miles away, I realized she gave me the exact same flat-tip style again anyway. To be blown off in person, as a loyal customer who's never complained before, kind of sucked. But then to be misled in the same day after I'd worried about the whole situation all weekend, fretting because I can not afford anything outside my routine, really really sucked. Especially since I had trust and drove all the way home...This whole experience, after months of loyalty here in Miles City and years in general with Bloom, is just frustrating and disheartening. I feel unappreciated and unheard, not to mention cornered because it's a small town and I obviously rely on your business more than you do mine.... ORIGINAL REVIEW: The new Bloom Montana flat-tip cartridges are completely defective. I have been buying three vapes a week for a year without a single issue, but my last three consecutive purchases of these flat-tip versions have all failed identically. Even when stored completely upright, every single one is incredibly hard to inhale, making loud, cloggy noises the entire time. Balls of resin and hot oil have hit my mouth multiple times, and It takes three full puffs just to get it to produce any vapor, and then the oil rapidly depletes, disappearing completely in 24 to 48 hours. I have inspected for leaks, tested these cartridges across separate batteries, kept them upright at all times, and always in air conditioning, proving that this is not a user error and must be a problem elsewhere. As a regular customer who really wants to keep supporting this store, I’m hoping this recent hardware issue can be addressed, since three failed products in a single week is hard to look past and more importantly harder to afford....
