Store hrs state 9am with is a complete lie and still sitting in front for the third time good flower nice oils but mess it up by putting it in there garbage mods can berally burn the oil why go cheap you got good product

One of the best shops in the valley, they have some crazy good flower for decent prices, and the staff there has yet to give me a bad strain. Dabs and prerolls are off the hook here too

This has quickly become one of my favorite shops but I'm upset today..wait all week for the Saturday deal and finally get to go and they closed early..idk really upsetting looking forward all week and they decide to close

Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had in a dispensary. I bought a vape for $50 and specifically asked if I could return it if it was faulty. (Since that happens sometimes, and most places do honor an exchange) When it didn’t work, I came back the next day, and while the owner, Whip, did allow the exchange, he then refused to honor a sale price on flower that was being offered at the time. His reasoning? Because he “ate the cost” of the defective vape. In other words, he made me pay extra for flower just to cover *his* loss on a product that never worked in the first place. So, instead of making things right, he essentially charged me more for a faulty vape. To make matters worse, not one person in the shop seemed to understand what a terpene was, which is basic knowledge for anyone working in a dispensary. Between the complete lack of product knowledge and the terrible customer service, this was by far the worst dispensary experience I’ve ever had. With at least four other dispensaries within a five-minute drive, I’ll be taking my business somewhere that actually values its customers and knows what they’re selling.

It’s ok. I used to come here all the time. But the people who work there are kinda rude. Good quality stuff if you can put up with that. I however won’t be a returning customer anymore. The new girl sold me a 1g cart for recreational prices, even though I brought my medical card. Just go to delta 9 for your stoner needs. It’s actually cheaper prices, better quality too
