This place has been super amazing to me every time I go...I love how you can look at the products and the percentages and kinds of everything on your own on the floor. Colton was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of...I don’t remember the names of the other guys that have helped me but they’ve all been awesome… Thank you embarc staff! Hunter and chris have also been super knowledgeable and helpful…. Ray P is absolutely amazing….super knowledgeable and helpful and great personality 🤙 Francisco is also the man!!! And Zac B!! Chris F is also a longtime employee that i love at embarc….very helpful Hunter is probably my favorite employee at embarc….he is very genuine and honest, as well as smart! Roberto is highly knowledgable and honest as well which i appreciate so much. Marcos was great too! I love Denise. She knows the products well. Elijah rocks. Carmela has a great personality and was very helpful. Hunter as always has a great personality and makes me laugh! Very helpful staff…. And again my main man Hunter is killin it thank you!!! Stephanie was excellent she really knew what she was talking about and she was very helpful! Denise at stateline has been great for awhile now I appreciate her personality! Natasha is new to me but she had the answers to my questions and i liked her personality!

Quiet, Clean, Stocked, Informed knowledgeable staff, security was proper and simple. I bought 3 vape tinctures and a pen. Started with the pineapple...definitely worked well, less flavorful than I was expecting but Roberto nailed it with the Hawaiian Diamonds....mouth watering citrus. I like the purest I can get and a uppity happy Sativa. Haven't even tried the last one...kinda teasing myself. 10/10 will puff puff pass this one along, certainly hope it comes back around. Lol

Embarc is conveniently located on the main drag on the CA side of South Tahoe. Budtenders were friendly and helpful for first-timers, though there were no first-time deal. They do have daily deals though for all sorts of flower, jays and edibles.

Dropped it to 1 star because your employees don’t know how to talk to people MULTIPLE BAD EXPERIENCES HERE! Extremely unprofessional on the phone when I’m calling over an issue. Will does not know how to treat customers at all. I would drive here multiple times a month to get rosin from Reno but I think I may be done. They will honor my local discount but not my girlfriends and we have the same address !! I would have saved 20$ but I couldn’t go to Tahoe so my girlfriend had to waste an extra 20$ because they refused the local discount to her. When I called no help whatsoever. Thank you embark for showing your loyalty to your customers

The budtender will sell you bho as rosin and then tell you it’s your fault for not knowing which was which. I requested to exchange the jar I was sold and to pay the additional difference for the jar I requested, I was refused, told it was my fault, and then kicked out of the store by the staff who threatened to call the police on me. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I was visiting Tahoe from the Bay Area. Although taxes are already high in CA, their prices were highly marked up. A bag an edibles I buy in the Bay is $11 and that’s what the price said on the bag, but their price was $29. He said taxes were already included in the marked fees, but I charged an additional taxes after reviewing my receipt. I was charged a $5 transaction fee for using my debit and wasn’t informed about. I was also suppose to get change back and although I was rushing out the door, he didn’t try to give me my change back.

Asked for assistance from the young Hispanic guy with the mustache but he wasn't really helpful. Acted like we were bothering him. Come here every time we are in town. Will still come back but hope the employees improve
